In the event that a school in which a child is enrolled is not approved for teaching up to the basic level or such school is merged with another school or the school has to be closed due to any reason, the concerned local level shall arrange for the transfer of the children who have not completed the basic level education from such school to another appropriate school. .
(2) Children who are transferred in accordance with sub-section (1) shall not be re-enrolled in such schools.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this section, this section shall not prevent the admission of a student under sub-section (1) or any other school chosen by his parents.
